Everything is Included!

At Health & Harmony, we believe in honest pricing—no upsells, no hidden add-ons, and no surprises. Every session is tailored to your needs, and everything you might want is already included: deep tissue work, pregnancy massage, sports techniques, cupping, hot stones, and aromatherapy. You’ll find our Harmony Naturals essential oils, signature blends, and pain-relieving creams in every treatment room—just let your therapist know what calls to you.

Before or after your session, take a few moments to settle in at our cozy Zen Den. Sip a cup of hot tea, coffee, or cocoa, or refresh with a glass of water. Curl up with a good book or unwind with an adult coloring page. However you choose to spend the time, the Zen Den is your peaceful corner to breathe, relax, and simply be.

Community Access Rate

We make fair pricing a priority and work intentionally to keep our services accessible for the working individuals and families we serve in our community. To extend additional support to those in lower-earning stages of life or in traditionally underpaid community roles, we offer an $8 reduction on our standard session rates for qualifying clients.

This rate is available for: First-time visits | College students (with ID) | Persons aged 62+ | U.S. military & veterans | Social workers | First responders | K–12 teachers | State of Michigan employees (with ID)

Please note: Only one Community Access Rate adjustment may be applied per visit. It cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, promotional credits, or prepaid pricing. Services paid for with a gift card are not eligible for additional rate adjustments. Packages and Memberships already reflect preferred pricing and are not eligible for further reductions.

A Note on Health Insurance…

We do not accept health insurance. Upon request, we will provide receipts for self-submitting a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

Most health insurers do not include massage therapy in their coverage, regardless of medical recommendation or a doctor's prescription (keep in mind, your health insurance determines what is covered, not your doctor). While some insurers may suggest there is coverage for massage, they add a loophole that the massage must be performed by a chiropractor or physical therapist to be covered. These professionals don't perform massage therapy and therefore, your insurance company doesn’t have to pay.

We gladly accept HSA and FSA cards for massage therapy services — including individual sessions, Monthly Memberships, and Massage Packages. Our Memberships and Packages offer built-in savings of $10–$15 per session, and using your HSA or FSA allows you to pay with pre-tax dollars — making consistent care even more accessible.

Be sure to check with your benefits administrator for the specific rules and eligibility requirements of your Health Savings or Flexible Spending account.
