The belief that massage should be a regular and valued part of your personal care is reflected in our business model. Maintaining reasonable regular prices is important to us however, we do offer discounts under a variety of circumstances. We do this as a courtesy with the intention of making massage more accessible to those who are not in their prime earning capacity or are not top-earners but play an vital role in society. The following discounts are available for those who qualify:
We offer a $5 discount to those who are not in their prime earning capacity.
We offer an $8 discount to those who work in public service in jobs that are underpaid AND can be dangerous.
Packages and memberships are available to everyone and are the most affordable way to regularly receive massage!
We do not upcharge, ever! All massages include complimentary moist heat and aromatherapy! A variety of our very own Harmony Naturals pure essential oils, essential oil blends, and natural pain-relieving creams are available in your massage room. Please let you therapist know if you would aromatherapy with your massage.
Couples massages take place in our beautiful fireplace room and, if desired, will conclude with complimentary hot tea! Please call to schedule (Couples Massage cannot be booked online).
Massage Memberships are a month-to-month contract that auto-renews on a set date unless cancelled. Memberships can be used on any type of massage service (including couples massage). Membership level and frequency can be changed at any time. Membership CAN be shared between family and friends. Unused sessions rollover (max 24 sessions). Loyalty points are built into the price upfront (no additional points are earned). Members also receive 10% off of Harmony Naturals products and all other retail
Packages CAN be shared between family and friends. Packages can be used on any type of massage service (including couples massage). Loyalty points are earned at a rate of one point per dollar spent (excluding gratuity) for massage packages and can be redeemed for discounts or free services.

We do not accept health insurance (even with a doctor's prescription) however, upon request, we will provide receipts for self-submitting a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do accept HSA/FSA cards (please check with your benefits administrator for rules).
We value and respect your time, as we hope you do ours. When a massage is scheduled, we dedicate that time and Massage Therapist exclusively for you. It is our desire to be fair to our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists' time (and pay), we have adopted the following policies:
Late cancellations and no-shows have increased dramatically in the last few years, going from a few a month to several a week! This isn't sustainable for a business that operates by appointment, so we do require that a credit/debit card be placed on file before scheduling. Your card will be authorized prior to your appointment (usually a $1 fee that will show as pending), but it is not necessary to pay in advance.
When a massage is scheduled, we dedicate that time and Massage Therapist exclusively for you. We try our best to provide automated appointment reminders, but technology is not foolproof. Missing an appointment because of not receiving a reminder will still result in a missed appointment fee so please keep track of your appointment!
Our daily schedule is maximized for efficiency. If you arrive late for your appointment, we still must end at your scheduled time so as to not delay the next scheduled patient. If you are late, you will miss valuable table time and will be liable to pay for your full appointment. Please plan in advance for road construction and high-traffic times so that you arrive for your appointment on time!
If you're unable to honor your scheduled appointment, please cancel and/or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a fee equal to 75% of the full-service price will be automatically charged. If we can re-book a late-cancelled time slot, then the fee will be waived. A prepaid massage (membership, package, or gift certificate) may be used in lieu of payment of this fee. Please note: rescheduling an appointment with less than 24-hours is still a late cancel.
A missed appointment, whether forgotten or intentional is considered a 'No-Show.' Since there is no opportunity to re-book that reserved appointment time, a fee equal to 75% of the full-service price will be automatically charged. A prepaid massage (membership, package, or gift certificate) may be used in lieu of payment of this fee. This fee must be paid before rescheduling.
This is a challenging time and one that requires all of us keeping each other safe. If you wake up on the day of your appointment with any symptoms of Covid-19, please call and cancel your appointment immediately! Symptoms include (but are not limited to): fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue and/or loss of taste and smell. Additionally, if you are awaiting results of a Covid-19 test, please reschedule your appointment!
We are stringent with our Covid policies, including requiring masks when conditions are not favorable. We are 100% transparent about our policies and how we determine if masks are required. This information is provided on our homepage as well as our Covid-19 page. Additionally, we send up-to-date information with every confirmation email and text, as well as reminder email and text. There is also a sign on our door indicating if a mask is required and we even provide masks for free.
If we are requiring masks, DO NOT enter our office without one. If you do not wish to wear a mask (when we are requiring them), please cancel your appointment. If you arrive and refuse to wear a mask, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee. If you choose to argue and/or scream at our staff (which has happened a shocking number of times this year), you will be banned from returning to our office, in perpetuity.
Arguing will not change our policies and disrespect will not be tolerated. If you disagree with our policies, we encourage you to seek out an office that is a better match for you. We are doing our very best to operate safely during a challenging time - please respect this.
