Our business model embodies the belief that massage should be a consistent and fundamental part of your self-care routine. While maintaining affordable regular prices is a priority, we understand that circumstances vary. As a gesture of inclusivity and goodwill, we offer an $8 discount to make massage more accessible, particularly to individuals who may not be at their peak earning capacity or are not top earners but contribute significantly to society. We offer an $8 discount on massage therapy, MLD, and Reiki for those who fall into one of the qualifying categories below:

We don't upsell or upcharge. Our pricing has no tricks -- deep tissue work, pregnancy massage, sports massage, cupping, hot stone, and/or aromatherapy are included in our rate. A variety of our very own Harmony Naturals 100% pure essential oils, essential oil blends, and natural pain-relieving creams are available in your massage room*. Please let your therapist know if you would like aromatherapy with your massage.
Feel free to indulge in a complimentary beverage at our serene Zen Den waiting area before or after your massage. We offer a selection of hot tea, coffee, cocoa, and refreshing water to quench your thirst. Take a moment to unwind with a good book from our little library or enjoy some relaxation with an adult coloring book. Allow the Zen Den to be your tranquil escape amidst the hustle and bustle of your day!
*Please note, that Jessica has severe allergy to essential oils which prevents her from using our Harmony Naturals products.
Health Insurance
We do not accept health insurance (even with a doctor's prescription) however, upon request, we will provide receipts for self-submitting a claim to your insurance company for reimbursement. We do accept HSA and FSA cards (please check with your benefits administrator for rules and requirements).
Most health insurers don't include massage therapy in their coverage, regardless of medical recommendation or a doctor's prescription (keep in mind, your health insurance determines what is covered, not your doctor). While some insurers may suggest coverage if the massage is performed by a chiropractor or physical therapist, this serves as a loophole to avoid payment as these professionals don't perform massage therapy. Fortunately, we gladly accept HSA and FSA cards, which can be used for individual massage sessions, or for purchasing a Monthly Massage Membership or Massage Package. Not only does this offer savings of $10 - $15 per session, but it also allows you to utilize pre-tax funds!

Office Policies
We appreciate and honor your time, just as we hope you do ours. Each scheduled massage appointment is dedicated solely to you, with one of our skilled Massage Therapists entirely at your service. Upholding fairness for both our valued clients and dedicated staff is a top priority for us. To maintain transparency and smooth operations, we've established the following office policies for clear communication about our procedures.
Reserving an Appointment
Late cancellations and no-shows have increased dramatically in the last few years, going from a few a month to several a week! This isn't sustainable for a business that operates by appointment, so we do require that a credit/debit card be placed on file before scheduling. Your card will be authorized prior to your appointment (usually a $1 fee that will show as pending), but it is not necessary to pay in advance.
Appointment Reminders
When a massage is scheduled, we dedicate that time and Massage Therapist exclusively for you. We try our best to provide automated appointment reminders, but technology is not foolproof. Missing an appointment because of not receiving a reminder will still result in a missed appointment fee so please keep track of your appointment!
Late Arrivals
Our daily schedule is maximized for efficiency. If you arrive late for your appointment, we still must end at your scheduled time so as to not delay the next scheduled client. If you are late, you will miss valuable table time and will be liable to pay for your full appointment. Please plan in advance for road construction and high-traffic times so that you arrive for your appointment on time!
Late Cancellations
If you're unable to honor your scheduled appointment, please cancel and/or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a fee equal to 75% of the full-service price will be automatically charged. If we can re-book a late-cancelled time slot, then the fee will be waived. A prepaid massage (membership, package, or gift certificate) may be used in lieu of payment of this fee. Please note: rescheduling an appointment with less than 24-hours is still a late cancel.
No-Shows
A missed appointment, whether forgotten or intentional is considered a 'No-Show.' Since there is no opportunity to re-book that reserved appointment time, a fee equal to 75% of the full-service price will be automatically charged. A prepaid massage (membership, package, or gift certificate) may be used in lieu of payment of this fee. This fee must be paid before rescheduling.
COVID Concerns
This is a challenging time and one that requires all of us keeping each other safe. If you wake up on the day of your appointment with any symptoms of Covid-19, please call and cancel your appointment immediately! Symptoms include (but are not limited to): fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fatigue and/or loss of taste and smell. Additionally, if you are awaiting results of a Covid-19 test, please reschedule your appointment!
Respect for Office Policies
Though the pandemic is now over, Covid, unfortunately, is likely here to stay. In the event that local cases become substantial again, we will require masks until the threat has passed. We will continue to be 100% transparent about our policies and how we determine if masks are required. Information will be provided on our homepage, our Covid-19 page, and via confirmation and reminder texts and emails.
If we are requiring masks, DO NOT enter our office without one. If you do not wish to wear a mask (when we are requiring them), please cancel your appointment. If you arrive and refuse to wear a mask, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged a late cancellation fee. If you choose to argue and/or scream at our staff (which has happened a shocking number of times), you will be banned from returning to our office, in perpetuity.
Arguing will not change our policies and disrespect will not be tolerated. If you disagree with our policies, we encourage you to seek out an office that is a better match for you. We are doing our very best to operate safely during a challenging time - please respect this.
We've recently noticed an alarming increase in inappropriate calls and messages. We want to make it abundantly clear: we are licensed healthcare professionals, not sex workers. There's no room for confusion here. Any attempt to request services of a sexual nature will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Your phone number, email, and access to our online schedule will be immediately blocked, and you will be permanently banned from our establishment. If such behavior occurs during a massage session, your therapist will end the appointment immediately. You'll still be required to pay for the full session, and you'll be banned from our office indefinitely. We take this issue very seriously and maintain the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
