Welcome to our home at 912 Coolidge Road in East Lansing!

    About Us

    IN THE BEGINNING...

    Health & Harmony Massage Therapy LLC started simply enough on January 1, 2012, when lone Licensed Massage Therapist, Kim Russom, set up shop inside of The Chiropractic Well Being Center (with the late Dr. Linda Rassel).  After about 18 months in business, Kim needed an extra pair of hands (literally) and hired LMT, Sheela.  In September of 2014, we added additional staff and opened a second location inside of Rassel-Daigneault Family Chiropractor in the Frandor area of Lansing. In February 2017, we combined back into one office and moved to the east edge of Lansing.  In July 2018, we made moved to our perfect home in East Lansing. Along the way, we picked up the talents of Licensed Massage Therapists Akala, Jessica, Ammon, Keely, Willow, and Bea, as well as Front Desk staff Lindsay, Casady, and Payton! We changed our name to Health & Harmony Massage & Wellness Center to reflect our changing business and our commitment to wellness through a variety of natural means.  

    THE NEXT STEP...

    Kim was joined by her best friend, and now business-partner, Lindsay, who together are fulfilling their vision of making an essential oil-based natural products line that is both versatile AND affordable.  Their vision has come to life in the form of Harmony Naturals.  With all the pieces in place, we are now ready to be your comprehensive health and wellness center! We will continue to broaden our services, offerings for self-care, and natural products to compliment your care at our office. Additionally, we will keep expanding our website with useful information for achieving and maintaining your optimal wellness.

    Our goal is to help you achieve optimal wellness through the power of massage therapy.  

    At Health & Harmony, we strive to help you achieve your optimal level of wellness through the benefits of massage therapy.  We provide you with customized, problem-specific care as well as the information you need to get the most out of each visit.  Our goal is to make each experience with us easy, enjoyable and productive.
