  • I'm an LMT because... I attended a massage therapy open house and was awakened to the mind-body connection of chronic pain (as a sufferer myself). Becoming an LMT has allowed me to care for myself differently and to connect with the emotional components that are often forgotten AND very connected to chronic pain. I am excited to grow as an LMT and blessed with the opportunity to support people, wherever they are on their journey towards healing.

Massage therapy has been proven to profoundly alleviate much of this stress, thus reducing incidents of illness and possibly preventing some types of major illness.
