During our 12-week shutdown in the spring of 2020, a local printing company, Flat Out Graphics, sold 'I Am Lansing' t-shirts to benefit local companies. We pledged that the money raised on our behalf would go to provide free massages for local heroes working through the pandemic. Currently, we have 10 massages to give away. Additionally, Health & Harmony will donate 7.5% of all gift certificate sales from December 19th - February 14th to our Hometown Hero fund. We would like to give away even more and we need your help! A contribution (of any amount) to this fund will help us gift even more Hometown Heroes with a much-needed massage. Donation links are at the bottom of the page.
So, who is a Hometown Hero?
It's no secret that 2020 was a rough year from everyone. We want to thank those who made outstanding contributions to our health, safety, well-being, and livelihood during this incredibly difficult and dangerous year. And we want you to tell us who you think deserves a free massage as a thank you from the community. Who went above and beyond for you this year? Who was doing the most? Give us the deets! Fill out the contest entry below by giving us your name, phone number, and email (your submission can be kept anonymous, if you wish) and tell us why your person is a Hometown Hero! Feel free to include pictures or anything else you feel is relevant.
Don't forget to tell us how to get in touch with them. Winners will be announced on February 15th. We will give away as many free massages as we have money to cover.
